The following is a sample of a semester-by-semester approach to completing this program. Each general education course, prerequisite course, internship/practicum, and capstone course must be completed with a final grade of C or better (BIOL 214 with a grade of B- or better). Proficiency in math and chemistry is required for this program. Therefore, some students may be required to take MATH 114 and CHEM 100 in addition to the courses listed below.
A student’s graduation from an accredited program and active LPN license of less than two years satisfies the courses: NURS 160 , NURS 168 and NURS 170 . A student’s graduation from an accredited program and active LPN license of two years or more satisfies the courses: NURS 160 , NURS 168 , NURS 170 , ENGL 103 /ENGL 103W , MATH 127 , BIOL 214 , BIOL 215 , and PSYC 101 .
